The Firo core team is dependent on donations and part of the block reward to maintain its operations.
Some miners and masternode owners have indicated an interest to have a place where they can direct their masternode or mining rewards to should they wish to contribute towards the core team efforts. This proposal is made to keep track the amount of donations from the community and the 'target' is merely a placeholder.
You can contribute/mine/direct payouts to this address at any time and have your contribution recorded publicly. You may optionally choose to record your username/pseudonym when donating in the relevant forum discussion.
These funds will directly go to the core team and not to the Community Fund Committee.
