First and foremost, I would like to apologize for how late I am submitting this proposal. I know this is rather last minute, but I overlooked the need to make a new proposal as the last proposal’s balance still had some remaining. I only looked into it after Luke contacted me about his proposal. 

As previously covered in these proposals, I am the English community manager and I cover tasks that vary drastically from this role. I help coordinate with other community managers, and I keep an eye on and occasionally participate in some of the other language channels. I handle many things on Firo’s Subreddit, Firo forum, Discord, and YouTube comments for the Firo channel. Furthermore, I attend weekly meetings with our partners over at the BPSAA on behalf of Firo, and will soon begin writing needed articles for Firo for them. 

I take up tasks as required by the team, which vary drastically from week to week. Previously I assisted in things such as blog posts, reaching out to partners, creating agendas, working on slides for presentations, proofreading works for various purposes, etc. most recently of which pertain to Firo’s CFC elections. While not a task from the team, I worked with the Turkish community manager: Kartal, to provide aid for Turkey after the earthquakes using Firo. He ended up accepting the Firo donations, buying the supplies, and ultimately delivering the supplies himself.  

I have been full-time for these duties, and I would like to proceed to do so. My salary is $2,500 and as promised I have continued to write up CFC reports on a monthly basis. After a separate request was made, I will be posting my reports in the corresponding threads of my proposals. Just as before, this will be for a three-month interval. This proposal is for February to April. 

As there was confusion about this previously, my intention is that at the end of the month when it comes time to pay it is in USD value to match and not a flat rate of Firo. The placeholder amount of Firo was calculated based on $2,500 over three months, divided by the value of Firo at $2.50, and an additional 10% added to try and prevent having to make a new proposal but also not having to demand too much Firo from the CFC.
