Introduction: My name is Yigithan and i am located in Istanbul, Turkey. I am studying electrical engineering in Istanbul Technical University and in crypto since 2020. We have been tracking Firo over the last months and we had to chance to meet Mr.Batuhan(Firo Turkey Ambassador). Me and my team(Agenzy) are consisting of 5 people and we are all in College right now. We have been constantly contributing to Turkish WEB3 ecosystem over last 2 years. We helped Near,SUI,TON and some exchanges like crypto.com, coinex to grow their communities and create a real value in this ecosystem. We believe in getting micro effects together creates macro successes. We have over connections with 30 college blockchain clubs.


## Why?

We believe that Firo can be represented in a more effective way in the Turkish Ecosystem which Mr.Batuhan build an awesome structure till now. We believe that creating an ecosystem where Turkish college students and developers can get more into the Firo ecosystem. We beliebe that retail user can understand the real benefits of Firo ecosystem in a more sustainable campaign. Turkey has a huge young population and in the first top5 in the crypto transactions.

## What?

We will post daily on Turkish Social Media and track the latest updates in Firo Community to localize content for our Turkish Community. We will also help Mr.Batuhan with the telegram management and we will actively use a platform called MAGFI(a Turkish platform that contains all sorts of telegram communities and enables you to make targeted advertisement) to make community ad in specified groups in Turkey.We'll localize the official updates that Core team is developing and delivering already. We plan to create event series further in the next months of our plan.

## How much?

We will post content daily on X which is 30 posts per month and we are aiming to prove ourselves in the first month. We will make replies and comments to specific Firo related accounts to increase engagement. This includes 2 designer and 2 community manager to work for this job in our team. It is a total of 1750 Firo Budget at Firo's current rate(around 1300$). If Firo increase significantly throughout our first month, we plan to use the extra money for the community giveaways.

## Outcomes?

We plan to reach to 500 followers first month and bring over 100.000 reach and view on the X account. We will reach out to 5 different blockchain Clubs and have an online meeting about the firo ecosystem and how we can collaborate. We will report weekly to the Team and upload reports the Forum.

We have over 2 years of marketing and 4 years of community management experience in Turkish Ecosystem. We successfully delivered over 30 events,campaigns and over 10.000+ participant in those events. We believe the colleges are key to increase our blockchain developing power.
