Firo integration with SHKeeper Self hosted payment processor by reuben

Why?

SHKeeper is a self-hosted, open-source cryptocurrency payment processor featuring zero commission for all transfers and the absence of any intermediaries. It currently supports a wide range of cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, XMR, XRP, TRX, BNB, USDT (ERC20, TRC20, BEP-20), USDC (ERC20, TRC20, BEP-20).

Firo has lacked a self hosted payment processor option. Current merchants rely on manual processing, NowPayments or Coinpayments. NowPayments and CoinPayments had only used Firo's transparent addresses and Firo's future on these platforms aren't clear. They are also centralized and can collect private data. While BTCPayserver plugin is also an option, it would also require additional development which the core team is overstretched.

Speaking to SHKeeper, they confirm they can support Firo and Spark addresses as well. While this doesn't completely replace the need for an idiot proof centralized service provider that people can just integrate (ala NowPayments.io) it gives more tech oriented people a clear and private way to accept FIRO, with an open sourced codebase and without having to code it themselves.

Installation may take place via Kubernetes, Docker, or the Cloud. To run SHKeeper with Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Monero, you need a VPS or a dedicated server with 8 CPU cores, 8GB RAM, 100GB SSD. They also offer options where you can get paid support to install, configure and maintain SHKeeper for your setup. WooCommerce and Wordpress modules are also available free of charge.
