I am Lemar "Luke" Briones, Community Manager for Firo [Filipino Channel Telegram](https://t.me/firo_ph) and [Twitter](https://twitter.com/firo_ph)  long while now, and I appreciate your continued support! and I am pleased to present this proposal for your review.

This proposal is for the month of July-September 2023

My salary is 100 FIRO a month. For three months that's 300 FIRO. I always set aside 10 FIRO out of 100 FIRO for my budget for the tip of the members in the most active in Filipino channel and 90 FIRO for my keep.

Because of the bear market situation  I saw that the number of active members decreased slowly because not many people use telegram these days but Filipino group is still active and good. I believe that I will increase the number of active members in my group in the next few months.
