I am Lemar "Luke" Briones, Community Manager for the [Filipino Channel Telegram](https://t.me/firo_ph) and [Twitter](https://twitter.com/firo_ph) and I am pleased to present this proposal for your review. The Filipino group is an active group and I believe that I will increase the number of active members in my group in the next few months.

This proposal is for the month of April-June 2023.

My salary is 100 FIRO a month. For three months that's 300 FIRO. I always set aside 10 FIRO out of 100 FIRO for my budget for the tip of the members in the most active in Filipino channel and 90 FIRO for my keep.

On February 14, 2023 Valentines Day I made a little event "Firo's in Love Community Challenge (Poster/Image Making)" friendly event just for fun. Thank you very much to those who participate and for those who contribute to the prize pool and this includes my promise of 10 FIRO a month that is always set aside for daily tips stated in my last proposal a total of 20 FIRO, my group mate (@The_Institution), @ecelps and especially to Sir Reuben.
