I am Lemar "Luke" Briones, Community Manager for the [Filipino Channel Telegram](https://t.me/firo_ph) and [Twitter](https://twitter.com/firo_ph) and I am pleased to present this proposal for your review. The Filipino group is an active group and I believe that I will increase the number of active members in my group in the next few months.

My salary is 100 FIRO a month. For three months that's 300 FIRO. I always set aside 10 FIRO out of 100 FIRO for my budget for the tip of the members in the most active in  Filipino channel and 90 FIRO for my keep.

On December 25, 2022 Christmas Day I made a little event "noche buena firo design" friendly event just for fun and bonding with the Filipino community. Thank you very much to those who participate and for those who contribute to the prize pool and this includes my promise of 10 FIRO a month that is always set aside for daily tips stated in my last proposal a total of 20 FIRO, my group mate (@The_Institution) and especially to Sir Reuben. The vote for the winner is not over yet and that is also the reason why the prizes have not been sent yet.
